Automatic Vacuum Feeder for Powder and Granular Materials

Vacuum feeder is a fully enclosed pneumatic conveying device that relies on negative pressure suction. It uses a vacuum pump to generate stable negative pressure inside the pipeline, creating an airflow that sucks powdered and granular materials into the silo. With the separation of the filter element, air is discharged, and the material automatically settles and is discharged. The entire conveying process is completed through fully automatic pneumatic circulation. It can accurately control the feeding speed and conveying capacity, achieving automatic, continuous, and dust-free material conveying on the production line.
