Centrifugal SifterFor Fine Dry Powder
The airflow screen is a high-precision ultra-fine powder screening device relying on wind force classification. It uses a high-speed fan to generate circulating airflow, which disperses floating powder materials fully inside the screening chamber. Combined with rotary impeller grading structure, it separates fine powders from coarse particles through wind pressure and centrifugal force. Qualified fine materials are discharged with the airflow, while coarse impurities and oversized particles are screened out automatically. Adjustment of wind pressure and rotor speed can flexibly control screening fineness, achieving accurate classification for ultra-fine and easy-agglomeration powders.
Applications of Fine Powder Centrifugal Sifter
1.Filtration:Remove the particles from the liquid.
2.Grading:Classification is put powder and particles of different sizes into particles. With 1 to 5 layers of screens, one three decks vibrating screen can separate 4 size the particle continuously,and have the narrow particle size range control.
3.Impurity:In high flow process, the machine can remove large particles or particles with lower percentage quickly.
